Arnold A. Aubee is a seasoned Construction Project Manager with extensive experience in residential, commercial, and disaster recovery projects. He has led federally funded rebuilding efforts across New Jersey and Florida, specializing in cost estimating, scope development, and compliance with HUD and DCA standards. Arnold holds a Higher National Diploma in Building Construction & Civil Engineering and is certified in Xactimate, HVAC/R, and OSHA safety. He is known for his technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
