Andrea Holak holds a Master of Art in Public Policy Studies, Urban Affairs from Saint Louis University. Previously the executive director for The Housing Partnership of St. Louis, Andrea has served as Emergency Rental Assistant (ERA) production lead and quality control manager for numerous Capital Access clients. Her extensive knowledge of strategic production planning and policy management has allowed her to provide leadership and manage quality, budgets, and reporting to achieve optimal efficiency and customize clients’ needs.

A great asset to our team, Andrea’s colleagues would describe her as hard-working and easy to be around. Her outgoing nature makes her a natural for clients who not only need a job done well but also want a friendly face during some of life’s most difficult times. “I enjoy learning new skills and meeting new people. Plus, I have a zest for adventure.” When not at work, you’ll find her hiking, writing, or attempting to golf!
