With nearly 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Stephen brings a strong background in commercial construction and residential remodeling to his role as a Housing Inspector with Capital Access, Inc. As the founder of Steve’s Home Services LLC, he provides comprehensive residential and commercial inspections, including radon and stucco testing, WDI inspections, and water testing. Stephen also offers pre-offer consultations for buyers and sellers, identifying potential issues early. His detailed, easy to understand reports and reliable service are complemented by a network of trusted contractors for any repair needs.
