Senior Program Manager
With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and housing services, Beverly Ward is a results-driven professional recognized for innovative program development, strategic partnerships, and impactful community engagement. Beverly Ward has lead comprehensive homeownership initiatives, neighborhood revitalization efforts, and financial empowerment programs that have directly supported over 9,000 households. Under her leadership.
Beverly has also served various non-profit leadership roles, where she coordinated financial literacy programming, court mediation, and donor engagement strategies. A certified housing counselor and qualified loan originator, Beverly brings expertise in grant reporting, data analytics, staff development, and program compliance – consistently exceeding key performance metrics.
Her educational background includes Nonprofit Management from the University of Delaware and numerous specialized certifications in financial counseling, conflict resolution, and fraud investigation. Passionate about civic service, Beverly currently serves as Board Secretary for Old Brandywine Village and has held positions with the Delaware Federation of Housing Counselors and Fannie Mae’s Technology Council.
An effective collaborator and policy advocate, Beverly has testified before the Lieutenant Governor’s Foreclosure Task Force and played a pivotal role in securing and implementing federal grant funding to combat housing instability.
