OUR TEAM

Erica Bilotta holds a BA in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University and has served as a participatory design and community engagement intern with the Trust for Public Land in Philadelphia, PA. She has a background in community-based research projects within the realms of sustainable infrastructure, public policy and economics, and equitable urban planning. Her areas of expertise include research design and analysis, schedule management, and case management.

Erica enjoys working as part of a team with individuals who rely on one another and appreciate her dedication and attention to detail. “My colleagues value my work ethic and initiative and would describe me as highly reliable and detail-oriented.”

That attention to detail serves her well during her hobbies at home too. “Outside of work, I enjoy trivia, board games, and watching Philadelphia sports teams!” Go Eagles!
