Shannon Benuscak holds a BA in Homeland Security as well as a Graduate Studies Certificate in Emergency Preparedness from the University at Albany. She has served as an Intern at the Rockland County Office of Fire and Emergency Services, where she assisted local government on research and administration for emergency response, planning, and preparation activities.

Shannon is a highly dependable and adaptable individual who has earned the reputation as the go-to person for assistance due to her reliability and willingness to help. Her ability to navigate challenges and support others makes her a valuable coworker and friend.
